ABOUT THE SPACE: 

One Bedroom with a queen Bed, A Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Unit, A Loft that accommodates a relaxed work space for those seeking to mix a little business with pleasure, and lastly a beautiful fully equipped Kitchen with all amenities you can possibly think of.

TOVA has three levels with a Loft style design at the top featuring a quiet relaxed work with a Smart TV and a very comfortable Chair / Foldable bed. The well appointed Living Room has a 60" Smart TV and an "L" Shaped Sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper arrangement. The Bedroom offers a Queen size bed as well as a 55" Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

Our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience and help you enjoy your stay. Observing Our House Rules helps us to protect you, our neighbors and our home.

- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our pool and property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
